More importantly, we innovate around retaining the taste and texture of our everyday staples so that we enjoy all of our favourite breads / noodles with no compromise!
As you'd probably know, gluten has a role to play in how dough is formed - like the miraculous net that holds bread together and gives its unique texture. So, to remove this completely from our cooking process, you won't be able to achieve the taste profile of the UPGRAIN radically better carb breads/ noodles.
